Car2Go Cutting Out Portland's Lower-Income, Racially Diverse Areas?

Car2Go Smart Fortwo, in Portland The Daimler-owned car-sharing operation Car2Go recently announced that it was massively reducing its coverage area around Portland, Oregon.
